These policies apply to wholesale orders placed on roseempire.co.uk for UK delivery. Rates shown at checkout before you pay.
UK shipping (per trade box)
- UK Mainland (England & Wales): £10.00 per trade box
- Scotland: £15.00 per trade box
- Northern Ireland: £15.00 per trade box
Shipping is charged per full trade box (we do not open boxes). Typical handling is 1–3 business days after payment. Mainland transit is usually 1–5 business days; Scotland and Northern Ireland usually 2–7 business days. VAT applies to products and shipping.
Box sizes: mattress protectors 20 pcs/box · pillow covers 40 pcs/box · goose/duck pillows 5 pcs/box.
Returns
Unused, unopened trade boxes may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact info@roseempire.co.uk or call +44 7999 988450 for a returns authorisation before sending goods back.
- Return method: by mail / courier to our Manchester warehouse
- Return shipping: paid by the buyer (from £10.00 depending on boxes and destination)
- Opened, used, washed or damaged goods are not accepted for return
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection
