- Quote / RFQ forms: name, company, email, phone, delivery address, order notes
- Stripe checkout: payment is processed by Stripe; we receive order confirmation and customer email — we do not store card numbers
- Contact: email and phone when you call or write to us
- Analytics: we may use server logs and search-console data in aggregated form
How we use your data
- Respond to wholesale enquiries and process orders
- Send quotes, invoices and delivery updates
- Improve our website and product range
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process data on the basis of contract (fulfilling orders), legitimate interests (B2B sales follow-up), and consent where you opt in to marketing.
Sharing

Retention
